Hello Midsemester!

"The waves still keep on waving, and I still keep on going"

This Monday is mid semester break already! Time sure is flying by, especially with a test every week for the past 4 weeks. I finished up my first round of exams with all A's. Very happy and proud of myself! Second semester is a challenge, but I am staying on top of my work and it is paying off. Yesterday I had my second physiology exam, it was much harder than the first but I got a B so I am pleased. I am too hard on myself and sometimes forget that a B is a good grade, especially in professional school. This Sunday I start dog walking on campus. It is the job of the second semester students to walk the dogs on campus, and we as a class are split up into groups and each group has their assigned week of walking. The dogs on campus are used for certain things such as palpation, and just as a teaching tool. So Sunday we have to be on campus at 6, walk our assigned dogs and then go back in the evening at 4 and walk them again. It should be fun, I will very sleepy though. I also plan to go to the beach again this weekend, cant wait! The weather here is beautiful, and it will be very cold when I come home in 58 days! Yes the countdown has started already! :) I hope everyone is having a good week! It's almost over, yay!
