Happy Thanksgiving!
Wishing everyone back home a happy thanksgiving all the way from St. Kitts! :) Today I will be sitting in physiology, parasitology, immunology and neuroanatomy day dreaming about Thanksgiving dinner at Lovey's with the family(especially about the turkey, grandma's stuffing, and Linda's sweet potato casserole)...but I will be having two island thanksgivings this weekend, so its OK. I have so much to be thankful for. I am thankful for my wonderful, loving and supporting family, and boyfriend. With out them cheering me on and being my support system I would not be able to do what I am doing right now. I am also very thankful just to be here on the island of St. Kitts, not only getting a higher education, but learning to appreciate life away from the United States and having the opportunity to do so. As my mom says I have a "gift" and for that I am thankful, because I am living out my dream!

With tears in my eyes this bright and early 1st Thanksgiving morning with out my girls, I give thanks! I am thankful that through my faith and strength from above, along with the support from Jim and my family, I was able to raise two good and loving girls!
