The clowder houser

Clowder: a group of cats in the same place.

Looks like we are living in what I like to call a clowder house. Mel's new kitten takes our total of cats up to 3 and pets up to 4! :)...but I wouldn't have it any other way! One of the cats who is in the PAWS program here on campus had kittens and Mel was interested, so she put in her name to adopt one. He is so cute, a little orange and white striped boy named Helios. All of the cats are getting along, and the dog, well he is learning to adjust to the clowder!
Next week I have my first two exams, Anesthesiology and Small Animal Medicine 1. I have been studying and trying to keep up with the material, and its so much more interesting now that we are getting into more clinical subjects. For example in small animal medicine we are learning how to read EKGs and all about different arrhythmias and how to treat them...reminds me of my momma! :) Also this past week I learned how to actually suture, and learned all different kinds of suture patterns, sooo fun! :)

Anyway, back to studying radiology!

  1. Where was your knowledge of a clowder house with Binx and Sheba??? We couldn't even have two cats in one house and now you live with 3 cats and 1 dog! Enjoy the mayhem!

    Love, Momma
