Yesterday was a pretty great day. I got to meet and talk with Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald from Animal Planet's Emergency Vets. He was so knowledgeable and funny too! Yesterday he lectured about common household poisons and the top 10 emerging poisons in small animal practice. It was very interesting, and I now have more knowledge to add to my arsenal for when I get to practice on my own one day. Tonight he is giving a lecture about his research with polar bears followed by an hour of comedy! It should be fun, I can't wait! :) And I got all of my midterm grades back yesterday as well...all A's!!!!! So yeah, I'm pretty excited! :) Now if I can only get all A's on my finals.
